Nearly 20 Years Designing Mountain Homes
Our Story
Landmark Home Design was established in Park City, Utah in 2005, a time when the mountain-modern design movement was just beginning to reshape how resort-area homeowners thought about their spaces. We were early to recognize that the mountain home market deserved something different: designers who understood high-alpine climate conditions, who had relationships with regional fabricators and contractors, and who could navigate the design review boards and HOA requirements that govern so many Park City-area communities.
What started as a focused firm on Park City has grown into a multi-state practice serving clients across Utah, Sunvalley Idaho, Victor, Idaho, Island Park, Idaho and Jackson, Wyoming. Our portfolio spans ski chalets and lakeside lodges, full-time family residences and investment properties, historic Old Town renovations and brand-new mountain-modern builds. The thread connecting every project is the same: genuine craft, honest collaboration, and design that lasts.
